In our house there are 6 wonderful apartments, varying in size (for 2 to 6 persons), decorated in a rustic and comforable style.
Each apartment has a large balcony, cable TV with 20 programmes and a fully equipped kitchen, shower (bath) / WC.
In and around the house: Sauna, solarium, children´s playroom, table tennis, large car park, ski boot dryer, ski and bicycle room, garage possible on inquiry! Free internet in the house and W-Lan at the room possible!
 
Apartment "A" for max. 5 persons - approx. 50 m²:
Bedroom with 3 beds and large cupboard for 3 persons. Living room with large bed-sofa and hand painted rustic cupboards. The fine timber rear walls and carpeted floors make the living rooms and bedrooms especially cosy.  Beautiful big balcony facing south-west is perfect for catching the sun (balcony furniture is provided).  Separate kitchen with generous sitting area, stove with oven, dish washer, basin, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and complete set of kitchenware is provided! Shower/WC, cable TV with 20 programmes.
 
Apartment "B" for max. 5 persons - approx. 50 m²:
Bedroom with 3 beds and a large cupboard for 3 persons.  Living room with large bed-sofa and hand painted rustic cupboards.  Fine timber rear walls and carpeted floors make the living rooms and bedrooms especially cosy. Apartment "C" for max. 2 persons - approx. 28 m²:

Ideal for 2 persons, extra children´s bed possible, for an additional charge!
Living room/bedroom with double bed, timber rear wall behind the bed, large built-in cupboard, sitting area, carpet. Separate kitchen with stove, sink, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and complete set of kitchen ware. Shower/WC, entrance area with wardrobe, large balcony facing south and protected from rain. Cable TV with 20 programmes.
 
Apartment "D" for max. 3 persons - approx. 33 m²:
Top floor living room/bedroom with 3 beds, timber wall behind the beds and on the ceiling, generous cupboard for 3 persons, wooded-floor. Separate kitchen with dining corner, stove, sink, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and complete set of kitchen ware.  Shower/WC, south-west balcony with magnificent views to the Kitzsteinhorn, afternon sun.
 
Apartment "E" for 2 persons - approx. 29 m²:
Ideal for 2 persons, extra children´s bed possible for additional charge!
Living room/bedroom with double bed, timber wall behind the bed and timber ceiling (top floor), large built-in cupboard, sitting area with 2 couches, wooded-floor. Kitchen, separated by a door, with dining area, stove, sink, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and complete kitchen ware. Shower/WC, entrance area with wardrobe, large rain protected balcony with afternoon sun.
 
Apartement "Brigitte" for 4 to 6 persons - approx. 56 m² + 10 m² großer Südbalkon:

This apartment is located on the whole first floor of the semi-detached house next door. Car park directly at the front door. Living room with double bed couch, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and large cupboards.  Generous separate kitchen with stove, oven, sink, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle, large cushioned sitting area and comple set of kitchen ware.  Spacious entrance hall and bathroom with double wash basins, bath and WC.

 
Double room "F" for 2 persons - approx. 20 m²:
Double room with shower/WC, entrance area with wardrobe – can be booked separately or as an addition to the apartments!
 
Apartment "D" and "E" for 5 Persons - approx. 62 m²:
See description of "D" and "E" – both apartments are mirror images of each other and next to one another on the top floor – they are perfect as a double booking.
 
Apartment "A" and "F" for 6-7 persons - approx. 70 m²:
See description of "A" und "F" – the apartment and the double room next to it offer accomodation for up to 7 persons and are perfect if booked together.
